In reply to David. A visa run is when you leave a country and return to get a new visa, in this case you would fly to Singapore and then back to Bali. It's quite common among tourists in Bali but we haven't tried it ourselves. Also, we've heard rumors of some people being denied re-entry so it's not without risk.

In reply to Lance J Bagnall. Unfortunately there is no way of extending that visa again. However, a lot of people do visa runs to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur which can be done in a day and is usually fairly affordable.

I’m travelling on a New Zealand passport and have decided I’d like to stay for 3 months.
Purchased a VOA at the airport on arrival and have my 30-day extension… confirmed. (60 days total)
However, I want to stay another 30 days….
Is there any way possible to do this without applying and paying for a social visa.
